NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

RE: PAUL MCCONNELL, also known as PAUL WALLACE

The College of Chiropractors of Alberta (CCOA) would like the public to be aware of Paul McConnell, also known as Paul Wallace and known to be residing in Calgary, Alberta. The CCOA has reasonable grounds to believe that Paul McConnell, aka Paul Wallace, may be performing restricted health activities on the public without legal authorization.

The public should be aware that:

1. Paul McConnell, aka Paul Wallace, does not have a permit to practice chiropractic in Alberta.

2. Paul McConnell’s, aka Paul Wallace, permit to practice chiropractic was cancelled in 2020 due to multiple findings of unprofessional conduct, including engaging in sexual relationships and actions of a sexual nature with current and/or past patients.
