Fees


The comprehensive fee schedule (fees) is a complete listing of fees collected by the CCOA for services provided such as annual renewal, application fees, continuing competence fees, late fees, discipline fees and other fees. In addition to fees collected, it also outlines fees paid out by the CCOA for per diems, clinical advisor fees and other fees.

The fee schedule is reviewed and revised annually and any changes to fees or implementation of new fees are effective July 1. Fees are no longer posted throughout the Administrative Policies and on various webpages. Instead, they reside here for easy reference. 

Note: All application fees are non-refundable.
